So if for whatever reason you are not completely statisfied with your item, you're welcome to send it backto pick something else.Please note: Emine Ekinci does offer refunds for returned purchases.The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of exchange items. Conditions on Returns CONDITIONS ON EXCHANGE and RETURNS.In order for us to provide you with an exchange or returns on your item it must meet the following conditions:
1. Items must be received within 14 days of receiving the parcel for domestic and 21 days for international orders. 2. Be received in its original resell-able condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging intact. 3. Must be a full-priced item (We do not accept exchanges on sale items). 4.We do not accept exchanges on the categorie: "Scarves" (for sanitary reasons.) 5. Return and Exchange parcels must include the order number in the box. All our returns our processed within 2-5 business days. Once we have inspected the garment, we will then contact you via email to provide you with your exchange/giftcard. Please note: that the giftcard can only be used on our online store. We will inspect the return before we issue out a exchange/giftcard.Emine Ekinci reserves the right to refuse the exchange/giftcard if it does not meet these conditions and will be sent back to the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a exchange/giftcard. HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM.We are sincerely sorry to hear that there was a manufacturing fault with your garment! Unfortunately, we do experience manufacturing faults with our garments on rare occasions which we cannot control.In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace, refund or offer a giftcard for the items. 1. Please email email@example.com 2. Item must be sent back to Emine Ekinci within 10 days of receiving the postage label. 3.
